Your phone agents never gave us information when we asked where the bus was. We depended on the Tornado bus company for transit. My partner was left stranded a whole day due to this. Which was a one way bus route from OKC to KCK. I paid for a service that I did not receive. I do not accept this response because I have not received my refund that I deserve. (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Looking at the email confirmation which states 17 years of age or older may travel alone but company is not liable for them I then called customer service and was informed it was my fault when purchasing the ticket, which the process of purchasing one only asks for age it does not warn about a certain age limit traveling alone above that the email confirmation states a 17 year may travel alone to anywhere in the states I was denied a refund and denied services when clearly he could have traveled alone, I will make sure to let everyone know the type of customer service I have received and was denied both the service I paid for and a refund since the ticket was not used when I have written proof from the company stating a 17 year old can travel alone then they tried to say he didnt show valid proof when he has a *********** id, ![]() Once we got to the bus station the receptionist asked to see his id which he gave her his state id and she asked if he was 17 which is he, she then proceeded to inform us he could not travel alone he needed an adult and let us know no refund was available. I purchased a ticket for my brother on 4/10/22 for him to travel on 4/11/22.
